Fems for Change presents Briding the Divide, a workshop that explores the social and psychological causes of divisiveness, and how to communicate effectively and persuasively with people of opposing viewpoints. Reach across the table and use your existing relationships and connections to break down barriers and spark change!

Not only will this training help you to become more effective at canvassing, phone banking, voter registration and get-out-the vote activities, it's also helpful in work and personal relationships.

Our presenter is Sarah Eisenberg, LMSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of University of Michigan. She has more than 10 years of professional experience guiding individuals and groups towards healthier communication and relationships. Her private practice provides outpatient mental health services for individuals, couples and families in Macomb County. She is an organizer with Women's March Michigan, and was lead organizer for the first Women's March on Lansing in 2017. Bridging the Divide brings together Sarah's two passions: psychology and progressive activism.
